OUR RESTRUCTURING GROUP IS LOOKING FOR AN INSOLVENCY LAWYER
It’s not about the length of your work experience or the titles. It’s about you and your passion towards providing top-class legal services. You might be a newly graduated lawyer with some relevant experience or maybe have two to several years of experience. We will tailor your tasks by expertise.
Our team has solid experience in various insolvency matters and complex corporate restructurings. We have worked as administrators in numerous bankruptcies and restructuring proceedings.
We advise management, shareholders, creditors, and other parties when companies are unable to fulfil their financial and contractual obligations or need to boost their business. We work regularly integrated with the law firm's other competence groups, mainly with Corporate, Banking and Finance and Litigation groups. Our office in Helsinki is part of DLA Piper's Nordic and the global restructuring team.

We expect you to have real interest towards and solid basic understanding of insolvency law. To perform well, you should have relevant work experience with insolvency matters and cases. We expect you to be service minded and hope you get your drive working sometimes under pressure or in a hectic environment. You hope are willing to share our vision and values and would love to work with us in a truly international atmosphere.
As an Associate you will have an important role in the team with day-to-day duties in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, and other insolvency related matters. In your role you handle various tasks independently and you also communicate directly to our clients. Naturally, you will get a great team and support to perform well.
Though our office language is Finnish, we also work in English. Therefore, fluent English skills are mandatory among Finnish language. Swedish language is counted as an advantage.
